1300 Ponce de Leon : Public Spaces

Recognizing that the public spaces at 1300 Ponce were outdated and the furniture had run its course, Holguin chose a white backdrop for the walls, molding and ceilings. To add depth, she incorporated a rich wood stain in walnut for the concierge desk and elevator lobby center table. The furniture, in a grey and navy blue palette, complemented the space. She chose large-scale art pieces for the walls that made the whole room come to life.

Jack McAlister of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty who listed some of the units in 1300 Ponce de Leon, attributes the interest from potential buyers to Holguin’s design.
